Celebrate Good Times, Come On!
It’s our birthday! We were perhaps a little foolhardy starting a charity in the middle of a pandemic, BUT WE DID IT, and it's been a crazy amazing year!
To celebrate this and the joy of movement we're launching an online dance party, and we'd love you to join in!
DANCE, DONATE, NOMINATE
We've collaborated with dancer and choreographer, Sarita Piotrowski, and DanceMama to record a dance for you to jiggle your hips to! ARE YOU UP FOR IT?
Here's how you can get involved:
DANCE. Have fun and celebrate the joy of movement with a little song and dance. Don't forget to record yourself doing it!
DONATE. Donate £5 (or more) to support the work of the charity - HERE
NOMINATE. Share your video on social media (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.), tag us, and nominate up to 5 people to do the same, making sure to use the hashtags #BirthdayBumpBoogie #BumpStartActive
BTW - the dance is not just for mums with bumps and/or babies, we want to see everyone moving…so nominate friends, partners, grandparents, the boss! The more the merrier!
NatalActive
Our amazing friends at NatalActive are supporting our celebration too. So, why not look good and feel great whilst dancing (or being active in any other way you choose) by wearing one of NatalActive's fabulous cropped leggings. £2 from every pair sold during the month of September of will be donated to the APF. What's not to LOVE?
Our VIPs
We’d also like to make use of this opportunity to introduce our chosen ambassadors...our very own VIPs! These are individuals who have been recognised for their continuous efforts in improving mothers’ experience of a physically active lifestyle in line with the APF’s values. Find out more about them HERE

Finally, from us to all of you...thank you for your support so far and may this be the first of many successful years to come.
